An impacted tooth is a tooth that has not erupted where it should have erupted, even though the time has passed. Impacted teeth may remain completely inside the jawbone or some of them may remain under the gum.

You should eat with the other side for the first 24 hours after the operation. Nothing should be eaten or drunk for the first 2 hours after the operation. Afterwards, soft foods should be consumed. Smoking and alcohol should not be consumed for the first 24 hours. Applying compress with an ice bag from the outside for the first 24 hours reduces swelling. Stitches should not be removed before the seventh day. Blood thinners should not be used until the wound heals completely.
