How can I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, message us on WhatsApp or call us on +90 552 247 33 35. We will plan a day and time that suits you.
We schedule our appointments so that the clinic does not become crowded and every patient is given enough time.
Where is your clinic?
Our clinic is in Nişantaşı: Teşvikiye, Vali Konağı Cd. No:86, 34365 Şişli/Istanbul. For directions, you can use the map on our Contact page.
What happens at the first examination?
At the first examination, our dentist assesses your oral and dental health; X-rays are taken if needed. You are then told about the treatment options that suit you, their estimated duration and what to pay attention to.
You decide whether to start treatment after receiving this information.
How can I get information about treatment fees?
Treatment fees vary from person to person according to the procedures, the materials used and the length of treatment. For this reason, exact information is given together with the treatment plan prepared after the examination.
For preliminary information, you can message us on WhatsApp.
Do you treat patients from abroad?
Yes. Our clinic holds the International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate (Certificate No: ST-2726) issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health and also treats patients from abroad.
To plan your visit in advance, you can message us on WhatsApp.
What do you do for hygiene and sterilisation?
Disinfection and sterilisation in line with international standards are carried out regularly at our clinic. After each patient, the areas and instruments used are thoroughly sterilised.
Do you treat children?
Yes. As part of paediatric dentistry, we provide fluoride and fissure sealant applications, space maintainers, baby tooth treatments and oral care education.
For the first dental check-up, it is recommended to see a dentist after the first baby tooth comes through, at the latest around the age of 1.
How often should I have a dental check-up?
In general, a check-up every 6 months is recommended. For conditions such as gum disease, orthodontic treatment or implants, your dentist may recommend more frequent check-ups.
Regular check-ups help problems to be solved early and with simpler treatments.
Dental Implants
More about this treatmentHow long does implant treatment take?
The implant usually needs a healing period of a few months to fuse with the jawbone; the permanent tooth is fitted at the end of this period. Where suitable, a temporary tooth can be used during healing.
The duration depends on your bone structure, whether additional procedures (such as bone grafting or a sinus lift) are needed and your general health. Your individual timeline is decided after an examination and X-rays.
Is there pain during implant placement?
Implants are placed under local anaesthesia, so pain is usually not felt during the procedure. There may be mild pain or swelling for a few days afterwards; following your dentist's advice during this period is enough.
Can everyone have implants?
The decision depends on the amount and quality of the jawbone, the health of the gums and your general health (for example, uncontrolled diabetes or smoking).
When there is not enough bone, implants may be possible with additional procedures such as bone grafting or a sinus lift. Your suitability is assessed with an examination and X-rays.
Invisalign (Clear Aligners)
More about this treatmentHow many hours a day should clear aligners be worn?
Clear aligners need to be worn for about 20–22 hours a day. They are taken out while eating and brushing your teeth, then put back in. Wearing the aligners for the recommended time is important for the treatment to progress as planned.
Is clear aligner treatment suitable for everyone?
Many cases of crowding and gaps between teeth can be treated with clear aligners. In some complex cases, treatment with brackets may be more suitable. Which method suits you is decided after an orthodontic examination.
Teeth Whitening (Bleaching)
More about this treatmentDoes teeth whitening damage the teeth?
Whitening carried out under a dentist's supervision with a suitable method does not damage tooth enamel. Temporary tooth sensitivity may occur for a few days after the procedure.
Before whitening, an examination checks that the teeth and gums are healthy.
How long does the effect of whitening last?
It varies from person to person; how much you consume coloured drinks such as tea, coffee and cola, and whether you smoke, is decisive. Regular oral care and check-ups help the result last longer.
Zirconia Crowns
More about this treatmentDo teeth have to be reduced for zirconia crowns?
Yes. For the crown to fit, the surface of the tooth has to be reduced by the thickness of the crown. The amount depends on the condition of the tooth and the planned restoration; you will be given detailed information about this at the examination.
How long do zirconia crowns last?
With good oral care and regular check-ups, zirconia crowns can be used for many years. Habits such as clenching or grinding the teeth and biting hard objects can affect how long they last.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
More about this treatmentDo all wisdom teeth need to be removed?
No. Removal is recommended for wisdom teeth that cause, or risk causing, a problem such as pain, recurring inflammation, lack of space or damage to the neighbouring tooth. The decision is made after an examination and X-rays.
What should I pay attention to after a wisdom tooth extraction?
In the first hours, bite on the gauze pad; on the first day avoid hot food and drinks, do not rinse the extraction area and do not smoke. Mild swelling and pain are normal; following your dentist's instructions makes healing easier.
Root Canal Treatment (Endodontics)
More about this treatmentHow many sessions does root canal treatment take?
Root canal treatment is usually completed in one or two sessions. The number of sessions may increase depending on the inflammation in the tooth and the structure of the canals.
Is root canal treatment painful?
Because the treatment is done under local anaesthesia, pain is usually not felt during the procedure. There may be mild sensitivity in the tooth for a few days after treatment.
